Next Day Custom Desktop PCs and Laptops are Prebuilt and Shipped from stock and should ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. If you need an order update please log into your account or read your order confirmation email. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Unfortunately items listed as IN STOCK when added to a BASKET can be OUT OF STOCK by the time CHECKOUT is completed. There are a number of reasons why this happens however the main reason is becasue the stock update is not realtime and happens only once every 60 minutes. It is not possible to have a live stock feed on a website in Ireland as this would substantially reduce the available products. Other causes can be when another customer includes the item in their order and checks out quicker. If an item is not available we will make contact as quickly as possible and offer alternatives including a prompt refund. Most OUT OF STOCK items return to stock within a few days so there is usually no need to notify the customer however if an item does not come back into stock within 10 days or goes END OF LIFE ( EOL ) we will ensure to make contact to find a solution as quickly as possible.
OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS
We have been working with Fastway.ie since 2019 and they have delivered over 25,000 orders to our customers across Ireland. They offer a low cost service with their local drivers the owners of their own business. When you choose FASTWAY.IE you are creating local jobs in your own area. Fastway have customer who find them to be examplary and a small hardcore who have nothing good to say about them. Our experience of Fastway has been of an Irish company who are commited to their customers and who are prepared to learn from their mistakes. Since we switched to Fastway our delivery times improves , damaged in transit claims dropped to almost zero as did lost in transit claims. Considering we ship more than 10,000 parcels a year and we have negligible lost in transit and damaged in transit issues we believe that shows just how good Fastway are.
You will receive an email and or an SMS TEXT from FASTWAY on the day of delivery to let you know when to expect the delivery. You can also track the progress of your delivery using the TRACKING number received in your DISPATCH EMAIL by visiting the www.FASTWAY.ie website and using the TRACKING option.
All Parcels shipped with FASTWAY.IE are covered by FASTWAY up to the value of €400 under their goods in transit Insurance which is seperate to the Goods in Transit Insurance Provided by Custom Computers & Technologies Limited.
The cost of shipping with FASTWAY.IE starts from €4.99 with all deliveries covered under our Goods in Transit Insurance Policy. The delivery cost will increase based on the value of the order ( insurance ) and the size of the ordered items ( monitors , cases , etc.)
Now to the negative side of the FASTWAY service which unfortunately affects our customers but is not entirely FASTWAYS fault. When customers use FASTWAY to RETURN ITEMS they do not pack the items using the same packing we would ship goods in which means a higher than usual amount of damaged in transit items. This unfortunately affects CUSTOM PCs primarily that are not packed correctly which is why we always recommend keeping the packing we ship a PC in just in case it ever needs to be returned under the Collect & Return Warranty. Neither our Goods In Transit Insurer or the Goods In Transit Insurer of FASTWAY will cover claims were goods have not been correctly packed. If you are not able to pack the goods to the same standard as seen when you received the goods from ourselves please do not use FASTWAY to return as damage is almost certain to happen. All returns must be correctly packed to International Standards.
Irelands newest Eco Friendly Door 2 Door Courier who use Electric Vans for local deliveries. EcoXpress are a Zero Emissions Delivery Option which can now be selected as an alternative to Fastway when Checking Out. For Smaller orders the Cost is a little higher however for larger orders the costs are almost identical to Fastway.
We are working with ECOXPRESS to bring ZERO EMISSION deliveries to Ireland and over the coming months we will launch ECORETURN allowing goods to be returned to us by being dropped to one of the hundreds of ECOXPRESS AGENTS across Ireland.

Our goods are packed to International standards to ensure damage in transit is highly unlikely and all of our orders are packed in a secure location which has 16 high defination security cameras to ensure should there be a report of a missing item / short shipment it can be verified quickly. All of our orders are sealed and should not be accepted or signed for if there is damage to the packing or if the packing looks like it has been opened. Our Goods in transit Insurance does not cover goods being returned whether collected by us or not and a customers should always purchase their own insurance when shipping a item for return.
